- Perhaps, lodged in the subconscious mind, are limiting beliefs that override your conscious efforts to succeed?
- How can you diminish the amount of energy you give to your head, whilst increasing listening to your intuition?
- What are the obstacles and how do they keep us disconnected from our intuition?
- What area of your life requires more truth and integrity?
“Absolute beliefs, prevent us from responding creatively. Our beliefs should never be so absolute that we can’t move beyond them, recreate them or see them from another perspective.” – David C. Paladin

Please heal my fear-based thoughts.
- 23:27 Catherine identifies three areas that specifically relate to limiting thoughts and your intuition: 1. Past life memories. Flashes of life times of punishment, retribution and death for sharing intuitive insights. 2. Religious beliefs. A religion that has imprinted on you that, “this is the work of the devil.” 3. Judgement from others. People thinking that you are strange or weird.
- 27:03 The Work of Byron Katie, www.thework.com, shows you four steps for identifying limiting beliefs and bringing them into your conscious awareness.

It still takes a long time to get out.CHAPTER THREE
I walk down the same street.

I get out immediately.CHAPTER FOUR
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it.CHAPTER FIVE
